Our return policy focuses on product quality. We ship products from our factory following full QA analysis and approval. Once it is taken by the shipper it is out of our hands. If the product is damaged or destroyed in transit we can take up the case with the shipper.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If you open your undamaged package and find it contains a off putting odor (spoilage), dark spots or a breakdown of the formula in some physical way. Please do not use the product and contact us via our customer service email. These physical manifestations or often the result of a bacterial or fungal overload and can be caused by a compromised seal, shipping conditions i.e. severe heat and humidity and exposure to non-compatible substances or organisms and a package damaged by such.
Our products are made in clean rooms and undergo rigorous QC/QA and third party testing. Some things are out of the control of us and the shipping companies that deliver the material.
We will review your claim within 15 days to determine cause. This is very important to us as it alerts us to the conditions the product is handled in and helps us make meaningful adjustments.
You can choose between a credit from Sedatio for product or a credit on your method of payment.
